Provide on-site commissioning and start-up support
Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, and upgrades of REXA actuators
Provide timely support by phone or email when required
Represent REXA professionally while working directly with customers and end-users
Complete detailed site service and expense reports within 10 days of job completion
Maintain accurate customer service records in REXA’s ERP system
Prepare analysis reports to assist the Quality team in identifying root causes of failures
Monitor service trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Travel domestically and internationally on short notice, sometimes for extended durations
Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, providing 24-hour support during assigned duty months (typically two per year)
Requirements
Certificate in Instrumentation & Electrical Technology or equivalent technical training/experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial process, field service, or related technical field
Proven experience troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical components
