About the role
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition onto our service.
- Understand client property management requirements.
- Complete the initial trust accounting setup.
- Work closely with outsourced Trust Accounting, VO, and Property Management Assistance teams in the Philippines.
- Ensure teams are trained, supported, and ready to deliver high level of ongoing customer service.
- Take ownership of the onboarding process, learn client processes, and make sure outsourced model is understood and embraced.
- Look for opportunities to streamline procedures and add value to clients at every stage.
Requirements
- A sound knowledge and experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting.
- Experience within real estate in a trust accounting role.
- Leadership skills or ambitions to start leading an outsourced team.
- A natural disposition for collaboration and working as part of a close-knit team.
- Client/Account management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for high levels of client service delivery.
- A flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
- A high level of drive, self-motivation, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to solve problems and get to ‘win-win’ solutions.
