About the role
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, email, social media and networking
- Research and identify potential clients within the commercial real estate sector
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges and fit for our solutions
- Clearly communicate the value of Rex Cirrus8 products in a tailored and engaging way
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline in the CRM
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to optimise lead generation strategies
- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity
- Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and handle objections
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Continuously improve your approach through feedback, coaching and data insights
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner
- A natural ability to build relationships and connect with people
- Solid research and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable presenting and articulating value propositions
- Highly organised with good time management
- A proactive, resilient mindset and willingness to learn
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or lead generation (nice to have, not essential)
