About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze current sales and operational processes within the Commercial function to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and process efficiency within the Commercial function.
- Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements within the Sales and Strategic Growth functions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align process improvements with business goals within the Commercial function.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on KPI trends and strategic progress within the Commercial function.
- Facilitate change management and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Commercial function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM
- 3+ years of proven experience in process improvement, KPI development, or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
