About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.

- Develop and maintain API integrations between business systems and third-party applications.
- Connect software platforms and databases to enable seamless data flow.
- Configure webhooks and integration logic to ensure reliable communication between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Monitor automation workflows to ensure optimal performance.
- Investigate and resolve automation failures, bugs, and system errors.
- Perform regular maintenance, testing, and updates to existing automations.
- Continuously optimise workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation processes.
- Train users on newly implemented automations where required.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with workflow automation and system integrations.
- Knowledge of API integrations and webhooks.
- Experience using ClickUp, Make (Integromat), and n8n.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Relevant experience in automation, systems integration, or a related IT field.
