About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Explain the company's services and answer client questions confidently.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries before scheduling appointments with the Sales Representative.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are accurately updated.
  • Prepare, issue, and coordinate client contracts.
  • Coordinate the client onboarding process and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
  • Enrich and maintain prospect and client data using Apollo and other sales tools.
  • Execute targeted email outreach campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Sales Representative to ensure a seamless handover and excellent client experience.
  • Provide general sales administration and operational support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience with Apollo or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
