Healthcare Operations Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational tasks.
- Assist with patient, provider, and referral coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and internal teams via phone and email.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
