About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct one-on-one onboarding and training sessions with RBTs
Train RBTs on company systems, processes, and session note requirements
Guide therapists through software usage and workflow expectations
Answer questions related to processes, documentation, and ABA operational procedures
Support RBTs during onboarding and early-stage integration
Act as a professional and supportive point of contact for therapists
Assist in maintaining training materials, guides, and onboarding documentation
Monitor onboarding progress and ensure completion of required training milestones
Identify areas where additional coaching or support may be needed
Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to improve onboarding and training processes
Support therapist engagement, retention, and successful integration into the organization
Maintain accurate records of training activities, onboarding progress, and therapist communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
Previous experience as an RBT, ABA Trainer, ABA Supervisor, Clinical Support Specialist, or related ABA role preferred
Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or onboarding staff preferred
Strong knowledge of ABA terminology, documentation requirements, and operational workflows preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with therapists and team members
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Patient, supportive, and professional approach to training and coaching
Ability to explain processes and systems clearly to individuals with varying levels of experience
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Comfortable learning and navigating new systems and software platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
