HR Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
- Assist with compliance, background checks, and other HR-related processes.
- Collaborate with management to support hiring and retention initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, interviewing, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in ABA, HCBS, CFTSS, or a related healthcare field. Familiarity with healthcare staffing and recruitment processes. Experience supporting remote or multi-location teams.
