About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage scheduling for client appointments, meetings, and project timelines.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in scheduling or calendar management.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
