About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and manage sales automation workflows and outreach processes
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
  • Assist with lead generation, outreach coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Monitor automation campaigns and ensure accurate workflow execution
  • Coordinate communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams
  • Track sales activities, reporting metrics, and operational updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and automation efficiency
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflow records
  • Support administrative and operational sales tasks as required
  • Assist with additional sales operations and automation projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, automation, lead generation, or CRM management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and automation platforms required
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience with sales automation tools and workflow platforms is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
