Sales Automation Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and manage sales automation workflows and outreach processes
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
- Assist with lead generation, outreach coordination, and follow-up activities
- Monitor automation campaigns and ensure accurate workflow execution
- Coordinate communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams
- Track sales activities, reporting metrics, and operational updates
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and automation efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow records
- Support administrative and operational sales tasks as required
- Assist with additional sales operations and automation projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, automation, lead generation, or CRM management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and automation platforms required
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience with sales automation tools and workflow platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
