About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Established expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to establish metrics for performance evaluation and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in QA tools and software as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies.
