About the role

  • Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and other activities.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to confirm schedules and address any changes.
  • Track and update schedules in real time to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or discrepancies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry and scheduling or a similar administrative role, within the property or real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
