Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner with Sr. Director of Finance in ownership of Rewards Network’s financial model
• Lead annual financial planning process with departmental directors and managers
• Own management and financial reporting assets and processes
• Perform ad hoc modeling and analysis
• Provide team leadership and support the development of financial staff
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and variance analyses to senior leadership
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario modeling
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence and ensure alignment of financial plans with company objectives
• Continuously improve financial planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to financial planning and reporting
