Sales Development Representative
Reward GatewaySales Development Representative building relationships with HR leaders at Reward Gateway. Creating business opportunities and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’ll play a key role in creating new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand by building relationships with HR and People leaders.
- Building relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, events and other outreach channels.
- Researching organisations to understand their business priorities and people challenges.
- Conducting thoughtful discovery conversations to identify opportunities where Reward Gateway can add value.
- Qualifying opportunities and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.
- Working closely with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce.
- Developing a strong understanding of Reward Gateway’s products, customers and the HR technology landscape.
- Contributing to a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Continuously developing your skills through coaching, feedback and SDR Academy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Success or another customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential.
- Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
- Are naturally curious and ask thoughtful questions.
- Learn quickly and actively seek feedback.
- Take ownership of your work and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Are resilient and remain positive when faced with challenges.

Comp & perks- Competitive base salary of $80,000–$85,000 + Superannuation
- OTE of $105,000+
