About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You’ll play a key role in creating new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand by building relationships with HR and People leaders.
  • Building relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, events and other outreach channels.
  • Researching organisations to understand their business priorities and people challenges.
  • Conducting thoughtful discovery conversations to identify opportunities where Reward Gateway can add value.
  • Qualifying opportunities and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Working closely with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce.
  • Developing a strong understanding of Reward Gateway’s products, customers and the HR technology landscape.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team culture.
  • Continuously developing your skills through coaching, feedback and SDR Academy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Success or another customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
  • Are naturally curious and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Learn quickly and actively seek feedback.
  • Take ownership of your work and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Are resilient and remain positive when faced with challenges.
