About the role
- The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product execution.
- This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, iterating with customers and designers to clarify and refine scope, and working closely with the Development team to deliver winning products.
- It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Building and maintaining relationships for collaboration will be critical to job success.
- The qualified candidate must understand the product strategy and product roadmap to successfully prioritize projects, gather requirements, and manage multiple tasks through delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with payment (i.e. prepaid or debit cards) or Fintech (required)
- Knowledge of software development process (required)
- Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects
- Lead multiple product initiatives concurrently, balancing strategic objectives with tactical execution
- Identify, track, and resolve product-related issues and risks using tools like DevOps, ensuring seamless product delivery and post-launch optimization
- Able to translate research findings into actionable product insights and recommendations that drive feature development and product roadmap
- Can develop clear, concise, and comprehensive product documentation, including but not limited to requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and product overviews
- Experience working with internal and external partners, including customers and vendors at all organizational levels, to gather feedback and align on product requirements and use cases
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable application and operational requirements
- **Education and Experience:****Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product analysis or product management, preferably in the payments industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business, Strategy or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
