About the role
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
- Manage all campaign operations, including audience segmentation, workflow setup, QA, and scheduling.
- Execute and optimize B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze and understand customer journey and touchpoints to optimize experience and upsell experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with broader business objectives.
- Support the development of automated user journeys that enhance personalization and customer lifetime value.
- Develop engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools.
- Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure results, and optimize future campaigns.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer engagement initiatives.
- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2C or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or other centralized communication platforms.
