About the role
- Partner Relationship Management: maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard new partners that align with our business objectives and growth strategy.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Support operational needs which includes but is not limited to building, maintaining, and testing offer pages. Complete administrative and busy work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate partner agreements, commissions, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner campaigns, track results against targets, and deliver clear campaign insights and results to partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing partner or client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience selling media placements or managing affiliate partnerships, with a strong understanding of performance-based marketing.
- Experience in SaaS or loyalty industries, with insight into how partnerships and media activations drive engagement and revenue.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Airtable, and/or Tableau.
