- An opportunity has become available for a Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of research projects from planning through synthesis, working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers. You’ll use a range of qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs, evaluate product usability, and inform strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence how we prioritize features, design workflows, and improve user satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a product-focused environment (B2B or SaaS ideally).
- Strong grasp of research methodologies across the discovery and evaluative phases of the design process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to frame complex concepts simply and clearly, adapting for different audiences and organisational levels.
- Create compelling evidence narratives that support a diverse range of customers and users over multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Lookback, or similar.
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience conducting international or accessibility-focused research.
- Understanding of product analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Google Analytics, Tableau).
