About the role

  • First point of contact for private and business customers with technical queries
  • Communication with customers, technicians and market partners
  • Organizing and coordinating appointments for meter replacements
  • Maintaining meter readings and recording relevant data in our ERP system SAP S/4HANA
  • Independently handling customer requests or forwarding them to the appropriate department as needed
  • Providing customer service support — by phone and in person

Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with people and working in a team
  • Empathy and enthusiasm for energy-related topics
  • Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally complemented by experience in customer service — preferably in the energy industry or a comparable sector
  • Service orientation, strong communication skills and solution-focused thinking
  • Independent, reliable and flexible working style
