About the role
- First point of contact for private and business customers with technical queries
- Communication with customers, technicians and market partners
- Organizing and coordinating appointments for meter replacements
- Maintaining meter readings and recording relevant data in our ERP system SAP S/4HANA
- Independently handling customer requests or forwarding them to the appropriate department as needed
- Providing customer service support — by phone and in person
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people and working in a team
- Empathy and enthusiasm for energy-related topics
- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally complemented by experience in customer service — preferably in the energy industry or a comparable sector
- Service orientation, strong communication skills and solution-focused thinking
- Independent, reliable and flexible working style
