About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle by answering questions, resolving requests, and guiding people through key HR processes.
- Be the first point of contact for HR service delivery, ensuring accurate systems data and a smooth employee experience.
- Provide onboarding support for new hires, including orientation activities and follow-up on onboarding inquiries.
- Deliver first-line HR support for the employee lifecycle in the United States and Canada, from pre-hire through post-termination.
- Support HR systems users with day-to-day help, including HR SolVVe, Workday, and payroll support through Ceridian Dayforce.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
- Assist with auditing, reporting requests, and process improvements while identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
- Deliver appropriate, thorough, and thoughtful communications to employees, managers, and other HR team members through multiple channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Experience supporting employees located in the United States and Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Fluent in English and able to work a United States time zone schedule.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn and build skills in HR systems.
- Motivation to apply new tools and automation (including AI) to improve daily work.
