Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic and technical leadership for the Bioprocessing business, overseeing R&D, Product and Project Management.
Implement and execute the global strategy for the Bioprocessing business unit.
Oversee product development and overall business execution with cross functional teams.
Manage financial execution for the business unit against current and out-year financial goals.
Establish and maintain the global product and portfolio roadmap, informed by market research and competitive intelligence.
Define pricing strategy in partnership with Commercial Leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline
8-10+ years of experience in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing, with expertise in mammalian expression systems (e.g. CHO, HEK) and cell & gene therapy.
5+ years’ experience across product management, R&D, sales, marketing, or life‑science functions.
3+ years of people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
