Key responsibilities & impact

Own the delivery schedule by keeping resources aligned to commitments and ensuring the plan is followed.
Monitor task progress daily/weekly, remove obstacles, and keep execution moving toward milestones.
Identify roadblocks and escalate early with clear context, impact, and recommend next steps.
Maintain alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams (including project leads and team leads) through consistent communication.
Provide concise, coherent project status updates covering progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer audiences.
Manage project budgeting and financial tracking, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and keep project plans updated to maintain delivery accuracy and on-time reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
5+ years' experience running customer-facing projects end to end in the life science industry
5+ years' experience leading projects that require close coordination among multiple stakeholders and leadership groups
5+ years' experience running executive call updates and aligning leadership on priorities, risks, and outcomes
Ability to manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches
Proficiency with project tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) plus strong Excel skills for tracking and updates
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training.
