About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform on-site Application Qualification of systems;
Provide training to customers on automated liquid handling/imaging instrumentation and platform specific software;
Perform troubleshooting of applications for NIPT assay and instrument service as needed;
Conduct demonstrations to potential customers on instrumentation and software;
Conduct post deployment support including SOP implementation and troubleshooting;
Provide product training to customers as new features/functionality are available;
Act as the subject matter expert during customer-facing activities;
Collaborate with Field Team members to develop and deploy systems and tools;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related;
3 years of experience providing biotechnology support in a clinical prenatal/diagnostics laboratory testing environment;
3 years of experience with Hamilton Star/Starlet equipment;
3 years of experience with cfDNA Extraction equipment;
2 years of experience with Clinical Imaging equipment;
2 years of experience with Supporting testing equipment and clinical testing workflows;
Up to 15% domestic and international travel, as necessary.
