About the role

  • Perform maintenance on our diagnostic equipment at customer sites
  • Install, configure and commission our laboratory instruments
  • Ensure the functional integrity of our automated solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults (mechanical, electronic, IT)
  • Support and advise users to optimize their operations
  • Manage spare parts and prepare service reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products

Requirements

  • 2–3 year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2–3 years of field service (after-sales service) experience, ideally in the medical or in vitro diagnostics sector
  • Experience and knowledge of automated systems with a troubleshooting mindset
  • Proven maintenance experience
  • Preferably demonstrable experience in laboratory environments
  • Excellent customer relations and a strong service orientation
  • Autonomy, rigor and strong organizational skills
  • Mobility across the Southwest region (frequent regional travel)
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required
  • Technical English skills desirable
