About the role
- Experience in modern programming languages, LLMs and the use of AI code tooling (Go, Python, Java, Claude, CoPilot, etc.)
- Experience leading cross functional teams and mentoring engineers
- Work closely with UX and product management to understand product features and how they fit into the overall product experience.
- Participate in all team building activities such as hiring, planning, requirements definition, design discussions, code reviews, and software development
- Work effectively with other teams such as PM, QA, Cloud Ops, and SRE’s to build and deploy a quality product for our customers
Requirements
- BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent
- 12+ years of software engineering/architecture experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing AI infrastructure including building applications powered by LLMs
- 6+ years of expert programming skills in Python and Java
- 5+ years of proven experience with distributed execution frameworks like Dask, Sparc, Ray, or similar
- 5+ years as a subject matter expert in emerging technologies and trends in areas such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML), Cloud Computing, Data Science, Big Data, and Cyber Security
- 6+ years of proven experience with AWS
- 6+ years as an expert building large scale, high-available applications
