Monitor and improve conversion funnels across all geos and brands, especially registration → First Time Deposit (FTD).
Ensure correct casino listings on the right country pages: correct bonuses/promos, licensing, localization, country-specific requirements.
Use tools like Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, internal Aggregator, Voluum to analyse traffic, SEO, conversion, and affiliate performance metrics.
Identify oversold or underperforming geos (countries) and propose redistribution of traffic, portfolio adjustments, or new brand onboarding, with actionable fixes.
Collaborate with Sales, Site Managers, SEO / Content, and Product teams to implement changes, tests, and optimizations.
Design and run A/B tests and multivariate tests on landing pages, flows, offers, creatives to increase conversion.
Continuously monitor performance, prepare reporting dashboards, track KPI trends, and deliver insights and recommendations to increase revenue and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with geo-specific laws, advertising policies, licensing requirements etc.
Requirements
Experience in iGaming / Casino / Affiliate marketing landscapes, with understanding of tier-1, tier-2, tier-3 geos.
Proficient in Voluum or similar affiliate tracking tools; Google Search Console; Ahrefs (or equivalent SEO tools); good grasp of site analytics (GA4 or similar).
