About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be client-facing, responsible for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Engage in constant communication with multiple property stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of client programming and identify future opportunities for program growth.
  • Lead the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and executional roadmaps
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, going beyond tactical execution, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Support senior management on operational aspects of client programs as assigned
  • Be responsible for achieving client KPIs and ensure client is continuously developing business and meeting their goals.
  • Demonstrate and exercise knowledge of project management and design processes
  • Manage project hour reports and determine how to most efficiently utilize available resources
  • Manage outline and assembly of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways
  • Track budgets and present budget status to upper management on regular basis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of agency experience (sports, brand, media or entertainment industry)
  • Four-year degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including non-traditional hours and weekends for on-site activations.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications, including experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, sponsorship, hospitality and creative design.
  • Firm grasp on reporting, analysis and budgeting
  • Experience working within the automotive/motorsports industry; a passion for automotive or motorsport culture; and knowledge of automotive enthusiast communities.
  • Knowledge of OEM or dealer marketing
