About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consistently and effectively plan, resource, execute, and otherwise manage cross-functional teams on projects that are high quality, profitable, and delivered on time
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by managing against project plans/schedules/timelines and defined budgets
Monitor and report upon project progress and budget usage (in relation to approved staffing plan)
Partner with Account Management to facilitate regular process and status meetings, set and manage client expectations, and build project forecasts
Adopt, enforce and otherwise contribute to overall improvement and quality of One rEvolution processes
Coordinate efforts between segments, Global Resource Management, and HR

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of project management experience in an agency
Great facilitation skills and the ability to build bridges between teams and people
Proven experience of managing project finances, timelines, and internal resourcing
