About the role
- Consistently and effectively plan, resource, execute, and otherwise manage cross-functional teams on projects that are high quality, profitable, and delivered on time.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by managing against project plans/schedules/timelines and defined budgets – all of which are subject to updates based upon tangible changes impacting the delivery of work.
- Monitor and report upon project progress and budget usage (in relation to approved staffing plan).
- Partner with Account Management to facilitate regular process and status meetings, set and manage client expectations, and build project forecasts.
- Adopt, enforce and otherwise contribute to overall improvement and quality of One rEvolution processes.
- Coordinate efforts between segments, Global Resource Management, and HR
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 years of project management experience in an agency
- Great facilitation skills and the ability to build bridges between teams and people
- Proven experience of managing project finances, timelines, and internal resourcing
