Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, college/career fairs and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting top level engineering talent within U.S. government contracting or defense environment
- Proven success managing and prioritizing a high-volume requisition load
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, navigate complex dynamics, and adapt to changing priorities
- Individual contributor who drives recruiting outcomes through collaboration and influence (no direct reports)
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations, AAP requirements, Section 503, and VEVRAA documentation standards.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
