Head of Commercial Finance
REVOLUTION BEAUTYHead of Commercial Finance serving as a key business partner to leadership at Revolution Beauty. Leading FP&A function and guiding commercial strategies for UK and ROW markets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strong business partnering and lead a commercial finance agenda
- Lead the FP&A function across all channels, forecasting future goals and providing analysis
- Offer in depth commercial support to sales, finance, and leadership teams
- Deliver recommendations to the business based on observable data and trends
- Focus on accurate, evidence based forecasting anchored in commercial assumptions
- Lead the annual budget for the UK and ROW and long-term strategic plan
- Actively drive business by providing key insight and identifying emerging trends
- Own the financial assessment of key business activities and new business opportunities
- Work closely with the Group Finance Director and CFO for accurate forecasts
- Identify issues impacting delivery of the forecast across all aspects of the P&L
- Collaborate with Group Commercial Directors in commercial negotiation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable ability to challenge effectively and drive a business for performance
- Experience of working in a commercial finance function of a company of scale
- Strong modelling ability
- Experience of the beauty industry and a strong understanding of business drivers
