About the role
- Maintain and improve security policies and controls across the platform.
- Perform compliance validation, prepare for audits, and support internal/external security audits.
- Conduct risk assessments on new workloads and track mitigation actions.
- Provide security and compliance training, focusing on correct consumption of platform capabilities.
- Interpret technical controls for Windows/Linux into compliance language.
Requirements
- 5+ years in security or compliance roles.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR, internal banking policies).
- Strong security assessment and risk management skills.
- Familiarity with AWS security and logging services.
- AWS Security Specialty certification or similar is an advantage.
