Technical Customer Support

Cloud Engineer

• Build the AWS Platform Foundation: You will design and automate production-ready infrastructure, including secure networking (VPC, private connectivity), Identity (RBAC/IAM), and storage lifecycles.
• Architect Elastic GPU Compute: You will implement the execution environment—likely EKS with GPU nodes—handling autoscaling, NVIDIA drivers, and safe scheduling defaults.
• Develop Serverless Middleware: You will build the "glue" that makes ComfyUI run like a managed service. This includes using AWS Lambda, SQS, Step Functions, and EventBridge to handle job ingestion, decoupled orchestration, and retries.
• Create the ComfyUI Adapter: You will write the logic that acts as the translator between app inputs and the ComfyUI API, managing execution lifecycles, capturing logs, and handling output manifests.
• Implement Real-Time Feedback: You will build the status and progress streaming architecture (WebSocket/SSE) to ensure users have visibility into their generation jobs.
• Enforce Production Rigor: You will implement infrastructure-level guardrails (concurrency limits, cost tagging) and deliver fully automated CI/CD pipelines using IaC (CDK preferred).

AWS Cloud Engineer, ComfyUI experience

• Serve as the Technical Design Authority, ensuring all migration solutions align with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and security guardrails.
• Design "write once, deploy many" Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and define the automation standards that drive velocity.
• Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for complex banking applications, leading the strategy for replatforming and refactoring legacy databases (Oracle/SQL to Aurora/RDS).
• Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams, resolving complex blockers related to networking, storage, and latency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and security teams to ensure target state architectures meet rigorous financial regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR).

AWS Cloud Architect

Systems Engineer

• Design workflows entirely around AI—utilizing tools like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or Codex—to perform multi-step orchestration, monitor system health, and resolve errors
• Trace billing discrepancies (e.g., a missing GCP project ID or a $0.05 variance) across raw CSVs, BigQuery logs, and Python code
• Reverse-engineer and document historical architectural decisions in a decade-old codebase to ensure new fixes improve rather than destabilize the system
• Isolate root causes within complex, interconnected systems to provide long-term fixes rather than surface-level patches
• Collaborate directly with the Finance team to translate business logic into automated technical solutions
• Execute the monthly invoicing run
• Systematically identify manual checks and "spreadsheet-based" processes and replace them with scalable, automated architectural solutions, like autonomous AI agents and robust code
• Independently resolve bugs across the entire stack
