About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT professional services projects
- Take the lead in crafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Effectively manage internal technical teams (engineers, architects)
- Contribute to establishing and shaping project management methodologies and best practices
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in a professional services, IT consulting, or managed services environment
- Proven experience creating, scoping, and managing Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Experience with public cloud projects (especially Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
- Comfortable managing technical projects and communicating effectively with engineers
- Proactive, organized, and natural problem-solver
