About the role
- Develop engaging, conversion-focused ad concepts tailored to a 45+ demographic.
- Partner with video editors, designers, and marketers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Monitor trends, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze ad performance, extract learnings, and apply data-driven insights to improve creative outputs.
- Conduct systematic creative testing (copy, visuals, formats) to identify high-performing assets.
- Ensure all creatives align with our premium, vintage-inspired aesthetic while clearly communicating product value.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in a creative strategy role within e-commerce, DTC brands, or with campaigns targeting 45+ audiences.
- Ad Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram ad best practices; familiarity with other platforms a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting ad performance data and applying insights to optimize creative assets.
- Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that emotionally resonate with older audiences.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, editors, and marketers.
