About the role

  • As a sales representative (m/f/d), you bring our solutions to new customers and build sustainable relationships.
  • You will take responsibility for a sales territory in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) or Northern Germany and are ideally already based in that region.
  • You have a passion for acquisition and sales; you are driven to actively win new customers and build long-term relationships.
  • You impress with your presence and negotiating confidence, can explain complex products clearly, and listen attentively to identify customer needs.
  • You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way; a high commission component motivates you to deliver top performance.
  • You are hands-on: you organize appointments, conduct product demonstrations and workshops, and represent EASE at trade shows and events.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and the future of work completes your profile.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training or a degree.
  • Several years of experience in sales (B2B), ideally in industry or logistics.
  • A good network or access to potential customers in logistics or production is an advantage.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • High willingness to travel for customer appointments within Germany and, if necessary, in other European countries.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office as well as independent organization of sales activities.
