About the role

  • Provide support to customers via email, phone, chat, or ticketing system
  • Log and track requests until resolution
  • Assist customers in the use of systems and services
  • Identify and resolve operational questions
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team
  • Ensure responses within established timeframes

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in progress (final year) or completed (Administration, Accounting, IT, or related fields)
  • Experience in customer service, support, or Customer Success
  • Experience in technology companies or SaaS
  • Experience with electronic tax documents and ancillary tax obligations (SPEDs)
  • Comfortable using systems and digital tools
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM (a plus)
  • Experience in accounting firms (a plus)
