About the role
- Provide support to customers via email, phone, chat, or ticketing system
- Log and track requests until resolution
- Assist customers in the use of systems and services
- Identify and resolve operational questions
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team
- Ensure responses within established timeframes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress (final year) or completed (Administration, Accounting, IT, or related fields)
- Experience in customer service, support, or Customer Success
- Experience in technology companies or SaaS
- Experience with electronic tax documents and ancillary tax obligations (SPEDs)
- Comfortable using systems and digital tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM (a plus)
- Experience in accounting firms (a plus)
