Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors from various regions based on language requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language skills and qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Can do mass hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed.
- Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
