About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop new suppliers and manage corporate procurement categories (Capex, IT, facilities, service contracts and clinic renovations).
Direct interface with complex projects and integrated demands from multiple clinics in the network.
Ensure supply, replenishment and inventory control of high-turnover materials (medications, medical supplies and related items).
Provide regional service and support to local operations covering the clinics in Sorocaba, Itu and Itapetininga.
Conduct quotations, price comparison matrices, cost analyses (TCO) and negotiate lead times and commercial terms.
Actively participate in the approval/qualification and development of partner suppliers.
Handle the integration of newly acquired clinics, assisting with the standardization and implementation of new procurement processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Procurement/Purchasing.
Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
Resilient, proactive, pragmatic profile and adaptable to restructuring scenarios and rapid change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with coordinators and management.
Preferred: Previous experience in the Healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, laboratories or pharmaceutical industry).
Proficiency in the Protheus ERP (TOTVS).
