Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical development of a new credit platform
Define and maintain architecture standards and engineering best practices
Work hands-on in backend development
Provide technical support to the team in the design and implementation of solutions
Ensure technical quality, scalability, performance, and security of the application
Participate in strategic decisions alongside product and technology teams
Lead code reviews and support the technical growth of the team
Set up and monitor CI/CD pipelines and development best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with: .NET Core (v3.1, v6 and v8)
Synchronous and asynchronous development
REST APIs
Microservices architecture
Development of bots and background processing
Git Flow
Azure DevOps
CI/CD
Unit testing
Redis
SQL Server
MongoDB and/or RavenDB
Messaging (SQS/queues)
APIGee
Previous experience providing technical leadership for squads/engineering teams
Strong knowledge of architecture, engineering best practices, and software quality
