About the role

  • Lead the technological evolution of a significant product, with real autonomy and direct impact on architectural decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in software engineering (back-end, APIs, microservices).
  • Experience with object-oriented languages (Java or similar).
  • Experience designing scalable and resilient architectures.
  • Prior work in agile teams, collaborating with product and business.
  • Ability to mentor developers and influence technical decisions.
