About the role

  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Ensure correct accounting treatment in accordance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and applicable legislation
  • Analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity) and support the preparation of management reports
  • Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior and mid-level analysts
  • Interact with internal areas (Tax, Finance, Controllership) and with internal and external audits
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and propose automation and standardization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Active CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council)
  • Strong experience in accounting, with responsibility for closings and accounting analyses
  • Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPC) and international standards (IFRS)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Oracle or similar)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for analyses and controls
  • Analytical, organized, and good communication skills for working in collaborative environments
  • Experience in medium or large companies (preferred)
  • Previous experience with external or internal audit (preferred)
  • Knowledge of controllership processes (preferred)
  • Intermediate or advanced English (preferred)
  • Experience in digital transformation environments, accounting automation, or system implementations (preferred).
