About the role
- Structure and execute the company's commercial and marketing strategy
- Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), value proposition, positioning, and market narrative
- Evangelize the market on smartphone-based telematics and accident prevention
- Work directly on B2B consultative sales (light and corporate fleets)
- Conduct demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and pilot programs with customers
- Engage directly with customers on-site to understand real pain points and adjust messaging and the product
- Build and manage the sales funnel (CRM, pipeline, metrics)
- Create and operate the digital acquisition engine (inbound, outbound, automations)
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, events, and growth strategies
- Integrate marketing, sales, and product into a continuous learning loop
- Act as a partner, with decision-making autonomy and strong accountability for results
- Work closely with the founder and the technical team
- Help prepare the company for investment rounds and accelerated growth
Requirements
- Owner mindset, high autonomy, and strong results orientation
- Hybrid sales and marketing profile, able to execute and not just plan
- High resilience, energy, and comfort with pressure and the uncertainty of a startup environment
- Excellent communication, strong influencing skills, and ability to evangelize
- Availability for occasional presence in São Paulo and field work with customers
- Previous experience in startups or companies that have scaled digital sales
- Experience building digital sales engines (growth / marketing 4.0)
- Experience selling B2B solutions, preferably to fleets or mobility companies
- Track record of launching an innovative product to market
- Psychological fit for autonomy, dominance, and strong communication
- Willingness to be assessed using behavioral profiling tools (e.g., DISC or Big Five)
