About the role
- Manage multiple medical communications projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account, medical, and production teams.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management (print and digital), with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- 1+ years of agency experience managing projects in high-volume pharmaceutical accounts with client-facing experience, specifically in Medical Communications
- Experience is medical education project workflow
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Ziflow or similar tools
