About the role
- Own end-to-end paid search strategy across Google Ads and Bing
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization across Rev’s product lines
- Develop and test compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page strategy to drive conversion
- Actively manage bids, budgets, targeting, and structure to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize toward CPA, CAC, and ROAS goals
- Design and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnel experiences
- Partner closely with Analytics to define attribution models and reporting frameworks
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or high-consideration products
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to drive decisions
- Experience with analytic platforms and tools including Looker, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across marketing, analytics, and product teams
