Solutions Engineer

• Design and deploy fit-for-purpose AI and data systems that ingest and structure complex client datasets
• Develop custom machine learning models and practical AI agents, including workflow automation tools, copilots, and decision support systems
• Build automated data pipelines and interactive dashboards such as Power BI and Streamlit that enable clear, data-driven decision-making
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, focusing on what to do next
• Act as a trusted advisor in preparation for client engagement, communicating technical concepts in plain language to executive stakeholders
• Partner with clients to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can accelerate operational and business performance
• Support and help build internal AI capabilities and contribute to the AI roadmap
• Use data to inform internal business performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
