About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and ship a new customer-facing product across frontend, backend, APIs, and data integrations.
- Translate complex customer and business problems into simple, intuitive workflows that drive real usage.
- Partner with Product, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify the right problems and rapidly test assumptions.
- Define and evolve the product architecture, data model, and technical patterns to support fast iteration and long-term scalability.
- Use AI tools and workflows deeply to accelerate development while maintaining a high bar for quality, reliability, and judgment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of software engineering experience building customer-facing products.
- Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong full-stack product engineering skills and the ability to work across the stack.
- Experience shipping 0→1 or early-stage products in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency with APIs, data models, SQL, and AI-augmented development workflows.
