About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals
- Provide expert advice on how to best leverage our software solutions to meet client needs
- Assist clients in the implementation of software solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software products
- Advise clients on software customization and optimization
- Conduct training sessions for clients
- Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Gather client feedback on software performance and usability
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software consulting, technical support, or a related field
- Proficiency in [specific software, programming languages, tools]
- Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
