Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct market research and competitive assessments to support product strategy.
Analyze product usage data, pilot program results, and key performance metrics.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, and other internal teams.
Improve product documentation of existing functionality by validating capabilities with engineering teams.
Strengthen product team understanding of analytics, customer performance, competitive insights, and the broader market landscape.
Refine customer segmentation models and create more efficient mechanisms for reporting on segment-level key metrics.
Support operational efficiency by helping organize the product backlog and streamline PM workflows.
